Placed a very large order of pizzas for a group. They arrived hot and on time. Driver was pleasant. Everyone enjoyed the pizzas! I’d order from them again!

Moved to Wynnefield 10 years ago, and we have always ordered here. That says a lot. I order A pepperoni pizza about once a week from Pete’s now. I will say, the wings are never spicy - that’s just how it’s always been. They’re still good tho. Every thing is good. The girl who answers the phone is not rude, but she does keep it short. I believe she’s been working there since we moved here lol. It’s a pizza store- order your food and keep it moving. One thing I will say, I’m shocked to see reviews about long waits for food- we’ve moved here in 2009 and I’ve never waited longer than 30min. Back then, they advertised a fast delivery I believe 30 minutes on the menu- not sure if they still do. But I’ve NEVEERRR waited long. It would’ve had to be grubhubs fault. They have different drivers I think.

The pizza is pretty good, but the customer service is probably the worst in the city. The girl that answers the phone always sounds like I am some sort of inconvience to her but other than that this place is pretty chill!

Ordered from here the other day and the Pizza was good but the wings were very dry. I ordered hot but I was given mild. The sauce was at the bottom of the pan and it was very little sauce at that. Won’t be ordering from them again.

The WORST SERVICE. EVERYONE WAS RIGHT AND I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED. I order pizza and wings for delivery. My order went over 15 mins from the projected eta so i called to check. Was told the driver would be there any minute and the car had already left. I WAITED ANOTHER 20 mins. So i called again and a girl answered. I asked about my order - was told that my order was once again on the way. I asked when i could expect it, as a simple order had now taken over and hour and 20 mins.... and still wasn’t here. She said, “i don’t know. He left but i don’t know when. So he could be there whenever.” So they have no idea when he left. When it could be here. IF EVEN IN THE NEXT 20 mins. A SIMPLE PIZZA AND WINGS HAS TAKEN OVER and HOUR AND A HALF. WITH NO ETA IN SIGHT... save your $. Thank me later.
